Yes, we package all orders discretely in a plain bubble mailer with extra padding. Your product is sealed in an air-tight mylar bag. In addition we have both Canada & USA shipping logistics to ensure your order arrives in a safe / timely manner.

Greater Vancouver = 1-2 days, Westcoast states / provinces shipping = 3 - 6 days and Eastcoast = 5 - 7 days

Your order tracking no. is sent to your email ( please check junk if not received ), Tracking is on USPS or Canada Post

During heavy package volumes in the postal system, there may be delays in transit and processing times at distribution branches / customs. Our shipping estimates do not account for these delays. However, we always dispatch all orders within 1 business day as long as all items are in stock.

We ship out once we have received and administered your payment. First you receive a payment received email and then we ship out.

Due to the nature of our products, we normally do not offer refunds unless under special circumstances. All requests for replacements and returns must be accompanied with photos. We require this not because we don't believe you, but because they (i) help us fix and identify issues at scale Replacements will be sent out in accordance with our normal shipping time allowance Items lost in the mail or patently damaged due to shipping issues and delays will, at our discretion, not count towards the one-time exchange count.
